felt better than expected. ran with oliver so I had a few unexpected breaks but when i was moving i felt decent in the first half. In the second I was really feeling it but oh well. Also ran without a compass and tbh I'm surprised how much i got used to using it.
so i got an email telling me that i didn't pass the MCFRS exam. great.

I'm so damn tired. I hate that this is happening right before JWOC. I want to do well next week but how am I supposed to race well when I can barely get myself to leave my room.

Starting to feel better, but still wasn't able to push myself physically. I had to make up an exam today (or pre-make up i guess) since I'll be missing it next week, and I've just been tired. I think I'll be able to run tomorrow, just probably not a long run. Oh well.

mentally felt awful so i decided to cope with it in a healthy way and go on a run. It helped and I discovered a new park that's small but good for easy runs, but I'm running out of new parks to discover :(
