11 AM

Running warm up/down 10:02 intensity: (28 @1) + (51 @2) + (8:30 @3) + (13 @4) 1.35 km (7:27 / km) +11m 7:10 / km
ahr:148 max:163

Running hills (trail) 18:49 intensity: (58 @2) + (6:21 @3) + (9:25 @4) + (2:05 @5) 1.41 km (13:21 / km) +106m 9:42 / km
ahr:144 max:175

euuugh died out there but I'm glad I pushed to 10 reps. Definitely feeling it from yesterday.
3 PM

Rock climbing (Earth Treks Rockville) 1:57:19 [3]
ahr:104 max:147

5.10b lead - onsite, warmup, felt harder than I expected it to
5.11d toprope - only fell in two spots in the middle where there were some reachy moves on some nasty holds
5.11c lead - got 2/3 way up, couldn't make it through the overhang/roof part because there was a hold that wasn't really that great for overhanging and lead climbing so I wasn't confident about clipping so after serveral tries I just went down. Lucka couldn't do it either, so I don't feel as bad.
5.11b toprope - was gonna lead this but up to the first clip was the hardest part tbh. Really fun though, only fell in 2 spots (not counting the repeated attempts at the beginning). It was a very dynamic route so my falls were mostly me just missing the hold. Loved this climb.
bouldering the rest of the time, got to the top of a black V4 that I had as a project for like almost 2 months now, finally got it. Well, I only tapped the top edge with one hand before I fell, but close enough in my opinion, since I was tired at that point from climbing on ropes. Died out pretty quickly after that.

Event: QOC Jug Bay

11 AM

Orienteering (Jug Bay Chase - Blue) 1:35:08 [3] 10.24 km (9:17 / km) +128m 8:45 / km
ahr:145 max:172

Ran with Lucka. Most of the time she was pushing the pace for us to run and I was navigating, but a few times i definitely passed the navigation off to her because I was too focused on keeping up with her so it was nice to get a brain break. I might add a longer write-up later once I get some energy back
3 PM

Orienteering (Jug Bay control pickup) 30:34 [3] 2.35 km (12:59 / km) +14m 12:37 / km

Note
slept:8.83 (rest day)

so I couldn't get myself to do anything at all today, probably my body telling me that I really really need a break. I feel bad taking a break because physically I don't feel that tired, but when I try to do something, I can't get myself to do it or to push as hard as I hoped.
