Quality: above average. Felt real fresh this run, smooth and fast --probably because it was significantly cooler during this run.

PreAct, assclass x2, 1hr run, hipmob, drills, 6x strides (barefoot on soccer field), strength Y, 10min light run home, rope stretches, ice (11min).

Quality: average. Still not feeling quite up to snuff on this run but feeling much better than I did this past weekend. Beginning and middle were strong, last bit was a struggle, sucked it up for strides and strength.

Well, this happens to be the worse race I have ever run... Felt fine during warm up but right from the start of the race I didn't feel right. I started panicking because I felt superduper crappy and went I went to pick it up mid race there was nothing there. All in all this race was terrible, mentally, physically. I just couldn't move fast enough. Worse race I have ever run, ever. My grade 8 self would have beat me.
