This was only supposed to be a 40 minute run but I went out a bit too far before noticing the time. All in all it was a good run. Shin was bothersome again, looking into getting shoes soon.

Sprint from the bus stop, partial preact, 15min wu, 3x 5x 1min surge + 1min easy w 2min bwt, 15min cd, p&s, rope stretches, some rolling.

Quality: average. I was slow today, started out a bit stiff and worked my way into it by the second set it was better. finished with maybe being able to do another half-set. Note: right shin was bothering me, tightened up and was uncomfortable on impact---it's because I need to replace my shoes. I will... at some point.

Preactive, assclass, 6min swim/kick, drills x2, Classic 3x5x40, dwr, hangar: hipmob, drills, HOH strides, basic strength, assclass, rope stretches, roll, ice 10min, sauna.

Quality: above average. first off I was faster on the swim laps, did three and then switched to flutterkicks but when i looked at my watch I was only @ 2:50 --oops--but cool! The A's I really focused in from the beginning to work hard and start from further back, then in DWR i worked to keep my hands closed and in the last minute put my hands on my head (that didn't turn out too well but I tried for as long as I could)

Preactive, 15min WU, active WU, 5x 200m w 100m jog (39,45,41,46,42), 200m jog, 1km (3:47), spike-up 2min rec, 1km (3:47), 200m jog, 5x 200m (42,53,44,47,41), 15min CD, p&s, rope streches, roll, ice 10min.

Quality: below average. I was working hard but not getting the consistency or the times that i was after. Didn't eat much today or sleep much last night, probably contributed to the wall during my workout.

Quality: above average. Today was 100x better than yesturday. Started at my house but finished at the hangar, went on inbetweener dirt roads and the college trail. An old man shook his head at me. Prefer the rain to the super heat for sure.

Quality: below average. I don't know what it was but today was brutal, two weeks ago I was rocketing up the mother and other hills but today I was just just making it up. Bah. Was pushing but going nowhere.
