One-way hike to our friends' house through Rock Creek. Alli was a champ, carrying Inara the whole way, while I got a ride from Barney, who pulled the whole way. Gorgeous day!

Tried the leg press machine at the Blair House gym. This one was more comfortable and worked well for single leg press. Then added on bosu ball balance exercises.

Worked with resistance bands today. Two sets of the whole exercise set that Robert sent me. Need to do bosu ball balance stuff and leg presses at home.

Tried the leg press machine at the gym at work. I don't like it. It's not well set up for doing single-leg press, and my knee hurt after using it.

A long PT appointment with Robert. He said the range of motion is improving (135 degrees, compared to 125 last week) as is my balance, so those are positive developments. It's time to start doing some leg presses and work with resistance bands, as well as mix in some elliptical with the biking. The bad news was that when lowering my leg during side step-ups, there is still sharp pain when passing through a specific angle, so that still needs work. Onward...
