Testing out my back/butt/hamstring on an easy morning run. It was cold out, and the paths in Rock Creek looked pretty icy, so I stuck to the zoo. Good showing today: a roaring lion, some bison, an elephant, and three pandas, including one high up in a tree.

The left side of my body just feels out of whack. Not ideal with four weeks until US Champs.

Treadmill. Trying to see if my back/hip/butt/hamstring feel better. They didn't. Need to go see someone.

Cut the run short and went back upstairs to do pilates with Alli at home. We watched the women's 10km skate ski race from Falun. An incredible race for Kalla! And extremely cool to see US ladies in 2nd and 3rd!
