Day 2 of WCOC A-Meet. Again, very worried about my ankle, and i taped heavily since I didn't have the luxury of an ActiveAnkle this time. Started out a little tentative, afraid to put too much weight on my left foot, but gained confidence as time went on. Didn't make many mistakes (~3:30 worth) and kept a conistsent pace throughout, eating Gu whenever i got tired.

WCOC A-meet in Connecticut, Day 1. This was my first run of any kind, and first race, since i sprained my ankle at the Troll Cup, so I was quite nervous. Thanks to Sergei Zhyk, however, i had an ActiveAnkle to race in, so i decided to try it out. I ended up having a good, almost clean (~1:30 of mistakes) run, and finished 2nd on blue.
Biking back from work. Worked pretty hard chasing down a tights-clad messenger on the uphill side of the Brooklyn bridge, then worked even harder on the steep uphill coming home. Felt goo, will try to race at the WCOC A-meet on Saturday.
Biking to work in the morning. Much faster than last week, although i didn't seem to be working harder. I am probably getting to be a better biker and learning to not be terrified of traffic.
