Running28:30 5.18 km (5:30 / km) shoes: Yellow Mizunos 2014
I ran intervals with the Cardozo Crawlers this morning, sort of. I took it very carefully and did not push myself nearly as much as I would in a normal interval workout, but just wanted to see if I can at all manage to speed up from the slow shuffle that has become the norm for me during this injury.
We ran four 800's, with circuits and strength exercises during the rest periods.
I ran with the slower girls in the group. My times were

Circuit training between intervals. This included various squats, planks, ab exercises, and so on. It was very fun to have a group to train with. I hope I can keep doing it!
