An easyish run around the backbana with Rob, chatting away until it got hard towards the end. Felt pretty bad warming up and in the beginning, but then went better. Nice to be out during lunch.

Training with Andrew on NĂ¥sten. We ran with one map of the H21 course from the LinnĂ© long champs and one blank map. The person with the course was leading and would stop at some point in the woods and switch maps with the follower. The follower was then to continue from that point to the next control and so on. It's a good exercise for paying attention and concentrating, especially in a situation where it's easy to just cruise along and not really pay attention to the map.
