I actually went for a run! Not a very long one just because I haven't done any running for a while. I ran down the canal to Carleton and back. I was originally going to go further, but I decided to stick with the 5 kilometer route. I was also the first time I used my Garmin for running as well as the first time I used it with some knowledge of how it works. I still had a bit of trouble figuring it out. I had to stop a few times because of some abdominal cramps but did my best to run at a high intensity.
