All fun and games on this grey day until I had to ride home into the wind. Solo ride so there was no one to hide behind. Sub 10 mph is always humbling.

Then more hamstring stuff and core etc.

10 sets of 10 reps of dumbell chest presses. And likewise for low rows on the TRX. That's 100. Ough. Then squats and a few other things.
