Managed to get to the pool when the single lap swim lane had an opening. Breast stroke whip kick was not friendly to my knee. 3 x 350 yd in about 9 min each with 100 yd legs only and arms only in the last set. YMCA - pay your life guards more so the pool can be open 7 days a week! Cold is finally going away.
