First QCARS socially distanced race. OCIN did a great job of low to no contact during the event. I did the long (4 km) course and struggled with the complex of paths and messed up C4, partially because of major trails that weren't on the map. It was great to get out with a map and real controls.

run at Fort Ben on my own while other MFers were on the trails. I used moleskin on my arches and it helped with rubbing of the orthotics on the right but scrunched up on the left. It is going to take more time to break in the orthotics.

MF run at Carmel Central Park. This was the first run with orthotics in my shoes. I had been wearing them during the day at home to break them in but they starting rubbing on my arches very soon after starting. I stopped at 2 1/4 miles to limit the damage.
