Y MF run 9/1 intervals We wanted to get off the Monon but the roads from the trail to Pennsylvania were snow covered and slippery and the sidewalk along College was covered with uneven ice. Bright sunny morning to be out!

Extreme-O at the Georgia Navigator Cup for the first time with Anne Ledbetter and Kathy Bannister. This was much more fun than I expected even with the neck deep slip into the freezing water hole in the canyon on the way to C17. The three of us worked well together with each of us contributing our own strengths. I could have done without the mud crawl after C21.

Georgia Navigator Cup at Mistletoe State Park. Another beautiful day in the woods but had a few more problems with the map which didn't seem to have the same level of detail as that used on Sat. There were many extra ditches in the woods around C2 and the path was hard to see in places so lost at least 7 min. C5 was a longer off trail leg - I ended up E of where I intended but figured out what was happening fairly quickly. Didn't go far enough to C6 and didn't use the inlet to direct me to the right ditch.
