Y MF training working on perceived exertion rather than watching pace and time on a watch. Ran down to 75th and back at aerobic pace (walked about 1.5 min) then ran "race pace" for 0.5 mile (5 min 4 sec) and then easy back. I've been feeling really slow lately but this was a bit quicker which was probably the point - I can run faster than my watch tells me I can.
