Orienteering race 55:31 [3] 4.5 km (12:20 / km)

I got lost! That is my only excuse for my results! I got beaten by a w70! That is possibly my most embarrassing defeat yet. Even Dan couldn't help but laugh at me!!!!

62 out of 64. 55min31 seconds

2 complaints about the race

1, What was with the massive hill we had to run down straight into a building! I trip over my own feet running in a straight line, I'm still amazed I came out from that hill alive both times.

2, The last thing I wish to hear as I'm running along hot & sweaty is 'mmmm careful not to lose those hips babe' followed by him kissing his teeth. Did make me run a little quicker though.

Hello

So this is my first post on attackpoint. All seems strange as I can't see why anyone would be particularly interested in the training I do but hey ho I'm using it so I can remember what I've done and hopefully have a record to see the improvements made :s (more likely that I will look back on it and cringe at what I've said or how naff I currently am at all this sporting malarkey)

Today was kick, not as knackering as usual so rather chuffed about that! For the first time I did girly press-ups and actually got my nose to the floor & back up! - may not mean that much to most but my upper body is ridiculously weak. (Sarah and Jayne will understand my pride - well done to Sarah who did her first 2 proper press-ups last week!!)

We learnt an extremely fun new back punch today! I did in my enjoyment of the new punch completely forgot that I'm supposed to be using my other arm to block with -oops

Man went easy on the burpies this week - long may it continue

Xx
