Around the river, with Noel from EF to SB. 1km from home then BANG, a car turned left in front of me. Woke up in the ambulance to RPH. Face a mess, but lots of scans found no structural issues except possibly a couple of cracked ribs and concussion after-effects. Had to spend the night and most of next day at RPH waiting for Plastics to patch up my face - 10 stitches above my L eye, which is barely visible between the bruises.

No O this weekend, and probably no riding for the next week, assuming my bike's not a write-off.

Around the river including Mt Henry. Southerly gale, in the drops from the Narrows to Mt Henry, and most of Heathcote to Freo, but perfect for riding up the coast. Broke the Cottesloe speed limit a couple of times.
