Running29:19 [3] 3.2 km (9:10 / km) shoes: ASICS GT 2170
Physio gave my calf the once-over yesterday and declared it better, but still tight - which is normal for me anyway. So I did 5km in Hyde Park tonight at a reasonable pace, and they felt ok. Now to find a little bit of condition in 3 weeks (some hope!)
Neck still a problem, got a bit sore after last couple of weeks riding, physio was painful but feels looser now.
Orienteering race 58:49 [3] 4.5 km (13:04 / km) shoes: Inov8 X Talon 212
E4 course at Julimar, not trying to run hard as wasn't sure how the calves would go. Jogged about 2/3, walked the rest. Couple of controls were well-hidden and dropped around 8 mins. L. calf starting to tighten up a bit on the last couple of legs.
