H4 course at Ngangaguringguring, gps 4.38kms. Average run, made small errors at 2 (2 mins), 4 (30secs), and 8 (30secs), and wandered wide on the way to 10 probably cost 1 min. Slow up the hills and wherever it was very rocky underfoot (1-2, 5-6 and 6-7 especially). The first 3 controls were well below the standard required for H courses, with handrails just before the control at 1 and 2, and a handrail to follow to 3.
