Medium course at ECU NavDash, State League. GPS 2.89km. Started well, but course a bit long for me, and then got breathing difficulties for the last third of the course.
Orienteering race 23:27 [3] 3.3 km (7:06 / km)
ahr:121 max:129 shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 230
Long course at ECU NavDash, GPS 3.19km. Took it easy, and breathing was ok.
