Needed some sort of full body workout after driving back home after the meet!

Running 37:16 [2] 6.43 km (5:48 / km)

KT Tape, Knee brace, and a touch of Jade and today's run was doable!!

Starting again, from the beginning! Its always tough to keep pushing during the hard times, but so worth it in the end =)


Did an easy run around the dirt roads which was fine and fast (relatively speaking) but the asphalt slow and very pound/stress-worthy for the hips/knees.

I'll avoid the tough stuff later on and or just walk it so to not stress anything out even more!

My knee MRI has been pushed back three weeks so far... hopefully next week will be the lucky time but at this point, I'm perfectly happy with just staying in tune with my body and taking super duper extra care of the injured areas.

(Hip MRI.... Scheduled for sometime in January.... You know, because I'm a pill seeking young adult and can't be taken seriously) God Bless the US healthcare system!
