tricky middle distance. really super duper excited to get started but had to take the first couple controls slow cause i found the map really hard to follow. didn't make any big mistakes. ended up too high on 7 and then was really hesistant on 11. oh and 14 i got super confused cause my map was oriented wrong. hehe... oopsy doopsy. fun race though and felt really strong the whole way!!

oh my goodness gracious me!!! ran sooooo hard the whoooooole time and i almost beat eric cept i slipped in the finish shoot and we tied. sigh...
:P oh well!! had boatloads of fun expecially when we got to run right down the ski hill!!! :)

1500m race that i didn't really want to do. first time racing it as a senior and holy macaroni it was an adventure. nothing too exciting happened cept that i had this epic kick at the end trying to say ahead of the girl behind me. eeek!!!!

steeplechase!!!! woot woot!!!!! west conference meet so we only had to come top 8 to qualify for the next meet. didn't bust my knee open on any steeples, or fall headfirst into the water pit like someone else i know coughmollycough... :P:P super duper fun race and i felt super duper strong the whole time even on the last lap when the girl behind me was threatening my lead. oh and it was super dee duper windy so that's why the times are a tad slower than usual.

same lady with the same pesky dog running around lose on the hill. oh bother. still some alright times for so early in the morning.

only took a minute rest in between sets and still felt fine. dumptruck loads of funn!!!!!

control taking training!!!!! kind of got a pretty good system down but it's soooo hard to run, look at my control card, know where i'm going, and not run smack into a tree. just crazyyyy!!!

race up at lac la peche. such a tricky map but i didn't make too many mistakes. felt yucky and it was super duper cold which i'm sure did not help my cold much.
