X-country skiing (skating) 50:00 [2]

Before the relays, went back out into the trails and did the 5km loop and then the 4.3km loop backwards. Really icy on the downhills, but at least it was quite as cold.

X-country skiing 2:00 [5]

Not sure of actual time, but 3rd leg of the relay and managed to keep our team in the lead. Totally wiped out at the bottom of the hill coming around the corner, and that's where the Mayfield girl nearly caught me... but other than that it was great.

X-country skiing race 14:42 [5] 4.3 km (3:25 / km)

Best race so far, and a great way to finish off the season! Oober cold starting, and then cruising down the hills just made it that much colder!! my face, and fingers, and arms, and legs... actually, i was like one big ice cube on a pair of skis!!
Felt really strong the whole race though, pushed hard on the hills and then did my best to really book it on the downhills and flats. Finished 18th, 1.2 seconds behind the other nepean junior girl who is also a nakkertok racer so i'm really really happy with my race!!!!

X-country skiing warm up/down 20:00 [1]

Trying to keep warm while waiting for my start time

skating (hockey) 1:45:00 [4]

Most intense game of hockey I have played in my whole entire life!!!!! and it was probably the longest too!!! got a few good dangles in there... some checks into the snowbank, and even a goal or two!!! soo much fun!!!

X-country skiing race (ski-o) 52:35 [4] 8.0 km (6:34 / km)

Great ski-o and an absolutely perfect day!!!! It wasn't too cold at all, and the sun was absolutely brilliant!! Didn't have any troubles out of the course, though double-poling uphill was not so much fun at all. The skating was really fast, and I even got to go down Dirk's Dive!!! Woohooo!!

X-country skiing 45:00 [2]

Skiing around Nakkertok with Andrew!!!
