Had to go to spinning all by myself this morning and we did some really long sprints and then an 11min hill!!! Crazy, but still fun. Did another really long hill but then I had to run off to get to band on time...
This ski training, we did a weight work out which was a change. Did some push ups, back extentions, leg presses, sit ups, and some other weird things...
A really different dryland training today... we did 3min of skipping (which was really really boring) and then we did push ups in pyramid form and then some stairs and some more skipping!!! Followed by crunches and some more skipping and stairs! Woohoo!!! Pretty tired after all of that since I only got 5 1/2hrs of sleep last night!!!

In the weight room for gym this week if it doesn't snow cause then we'll go outside. Did a pull work-out today with a lot of dumb bells, sit-ups, leg curls (which were really painfull!!!) and rowing. Also snuck in about 7min of cardio on the treadmill.
5min of that 39:35 was running to my friend's house afterwards but the other 34:35min was really intense!!! We went at a really good pace and did the river run in less than 35min which was sick!!! :P
