I ran my Long Slow Distance today. 68 degrees outside. I was covered with salt from sweating by the time I finished. This is my last LSD before the Ragnar Relay. I am now running leg # 5 for a total of 15.4 miles. The last leg is on the Cape Cod Rail Trail ending at Arnolds Restaurant. I hope to buy an icecream there when I finish!
