New PB by almost 30 seconds at Newy Parkrun. Was shooting for a sub 19, but my calves and hamstrings were still feeling Thursday nights effort and couldn't hold my pace from 3K to 4.5K. Kate smashed her PB by 1:30ish! I'm gonna have to work hard to keep ahead of her!

Tried to do a little bit of the IronStrength workout! If you try it for the first time, I highly recommend only trying one set of each. I was wrecked on Sunday!

Had a decent day even though I don't feel like I did many of the 11 controls well. Tried to really hurt myself on the way to #5. Ended up with a couple of other runners and was trying to go fast to get away from them (when will I learn not to try this!). First tried to run through a large stump and have the massive bruise to show for it on my lower left quad. Then just a few meters later rolled my right ankle really well. Managed to continue hobbling to the next control, but when really far to the right and had to come back to it. Lost 1:25 minutes according to attackpt.
