Note

Hello! I will be stranded in Europe with nothing to do and nowhere to stay from 7/30 to 8/13. I'd like to go to the Scottish 6 day but I don't have anyone to stay with/drive me around :) Any suggestions?

This was fun! Kind of. I still don't like sprinting :) Evalin and I started at the same time and had different butterfly loops. We finished the loops at the same exact time but she pulled ahead of me on the last few controls.

6 x 4 min tempo with 2 min rest. At 1 min and 3 mins I did a 15 sec pick up.
I got to run along Lake Michigan and the water was so so blue! Gorgeous day :)

I had a weird pain in one of the tendons in the back of my right knee during the fifth tempo which made me very nervous. I took a break and massaged and stretched it. That seemed to help a little bit but I was still having some spasms on the last tempo. I'm going to be very careful and stick to soft surfaces for running.
