Wow swimming is hard! I mostly stuck to freestyle and breast stroke.

PT day. The person after me cancelled so I got to spend a lot of time with my new therapist, Meredith. Fun times. She told me to not run for at least another week. Then she will start my on a program to reintroduce running.

It's kind of a miracle that I completed every race this weekend. It was disappointing and frustrating to not be able to perform at the ability I know I'm capable of while healthy.

Had to start walking after the 12th control. My splits were probably slow before that too. Had a mistake at #10 but #9 went really well. No other navigational issues... Just this dumb broken body of mine.
