My trainer said the only thing that will heal my calf is time and stretching so... I guess I'm resting. She gave me these things to put in the heel of my left shoe to decrease the strain on my calf caused by walking and going up stairs.
My left calf hurt a little bit after my long run so I took a day off, but it hurt even more after running today. I rolled it out with a water bottle (ouch) and will ice.
