Injury prevention stuff including hops, lunges, and some strength... fun stuff. I'm logging half as running drills and half as agility.

This was a tough workout! This is definitely something I should be doing once every week. We partnered off. One person sprinted up a short (but steep) hill and slow-jogged down while the other person held a plank. Then we switched. The second time up the hill was back peddling the whole way, and WOW does that burn. The person at the bottom did sit ups. Up and down twice counted as one set, and we did five of them.
