Coach wanted us to have a workout since not everyone got to race yesterday... I wouldnve rathered otherwise but I did pretty good in the workout.

4 by 800 relay, went very well
Matt and I both ran about 2:19 but the other two legs weren't as strong so our total time was 9:56
After me(1st leg) and Matt (2nd leg)were done we were at 4:38

Not very good time wise but I only had about 35 minutes to rest after the 4 by 800 so I geuss it's pretty good. But the rain cancelled the rest of the track meet after our 1600 so we didn't get to finish the ironman; 4 by 800, 1600, 3200( although coach wanted an 800 instead) and a 4 by 400.
