Orienteering 1:30:10 [3] 9.8 km (9:12 / km)
Started out fairly cautious today in the hopes that I wouldn't hurt my ankle again. I also got some tape from Michael and taped it before my race. It definitely helped as there were a few times I started to feel it over-extending and then the tape caught my foot. Overall I felt a little slow and made a few mistakes. I lost a lot of time on the last couple controls just from being tired but I also wanted to save some energy for the next day so I didn't try very hard to push through it.
