I was thinking of going for a long run, and then I didn't get home until 6 and felt slow and tired. So 4 mile run it was! Hooray?

Run hills (NP Friday) 23:36 [3] 2.7 mi (8:44 / mi) +156m 7:25 / mi

Had to leave NP early today for bike week stuff. Add to this 5 miles of riding bikes with a big hill. And only one. Did two full hills, and pounded the last section. Then put on a shirt and rode home and showered.
