"Belford National Park". Hard Medium, 4.6km, 10c. 19th/31 (20:42 behind Nicola Blatchford). Bad bearing leaving #1 and got very confused on way to #2. Only reoriented when I spotted the main road (lost 10'). Tracks very indistinct. Otherwise OK. Achilles not 100%, but no more damage. Best pos/leg: 7th on #1. 23°C. TE 3.7.
