Another beach run.

A little drama when Anna spotted H, H. and N. along the trails 1km away (they were doing the stroller thing) and took off to join them.

The fact that my training added up to an hour wasn't part of any plan. It's just I spend the time putting together all the things I need to get done.

Outside I can run away for an hour and then have to make my way back.

Sand run. Much more enjoyable run along the river delta (or in the river according to the GPS) with Anna.

Note: I did keep my shirt on, but I wore shorts this time.

Warmup for some strength.

Did a couple squat cleans and pull-ups. Was not feeling it.

Maybe need to do more bicep curls :P
