Plan was for a long run. First bit to the river felt fine, then onto the washlands - left calf felt a bit tight, stopped to stretch after 15 mins. After 30 wasn't getting any better so shuffled home along the canal. Foam-roller equivalent (bottle of ice) straight out of the freezer on arrival home, try to ease it up before the weekend. This is why I should be stretching more often...
Even with dodgy calf, that was 10% faster than same run in October, for less effort.
