Intervals at BU indoor track with CSU. Good to meet a few more of CSU (and others) - good sociable session with the quicker guys encouraging the slow one (me) on at the end of each rep.
Haven't done anything fast for a long time so aiming for 45 seconds a lap seemed reasonable, if a tad ambititious. Session was 400, 600, 800, 1200 and back down again, 200m walk/slow jog recovery between sets (~2 mins). Slowed for the first 1200 as realised 45" pace was too fast, then decided to skip the second 1200 for a longer recovery.
Times: 85", 2'13", 3'02", 4'50", (200 slow jog in 94"), 3'07", 2'20", 88".
Relatively happy with that, fitness has a long way to go in the next few months though to get anywhere near where it has been...
