Frozen Beaver Rogaine
Beautiful February day in the woods. Too many hills for my undertrained legs. Mike, Tony and I set out together but had slight variations on our attack plans so we went our separate ways. About 5 hours later we all were running the same road back to the finish together. Tony and I ducked into one last reentrant to get the last point with only minutes remaining before the cutoff. We got it but still had a brutal climb to the finish. We both made it back just under the wire. Glad we got that point because it secured our 2nd and 3rd place finishes.
