60 minutes of spin to see how things feel. R achilles got a little tight about 45 minutes in and then felt better. I am glad I broke yesterday up into 3 manageable bites with some stretching.

Cutting Lawn hills 45:00 [2]

After a drink of water post bike, time to cut the lawn.
