Nice long run around the far side of the golf course, up past the tennis courts, looped in front of the historical society, across the pedestrian bridge to the trails around the soccer field, on the parkways to the cemetery, did 3 hills in the cemetery to fill out the time.
Knee a little sore so decided on a gentle run. It was split into two parts separated by spectating at the Buffalo Marathon. Quite a warm morning for a marathon. Not much of a pack at the marathon. People were spread out. I heard later that the course record was broken. Knee felt fine during and after.
