Very nice map training with Alex this morning. Decided to not do much because of the race tomorrow. Also lightly rolled my ankle, gonna have to tape it for tomorrow. :|

Course on Meech Valley, I think. Very nice terrain in Gatineau Park. Fairly slow ups some hills and through the green.
