very poor race; although I PRed, I lost to my teammate whom I should have been with by ~15sec.

4x200 with hurdles to prepare for my steeple chase on saturday, jogged the diagonal across the track for recovery.

I was sick, I had just raced hard yesterday, and I managed to still beat the kid who had a faster pr than I do... so yea, it was a pretty good race.

it was going to be one of my best races of all time, then I punched control 11... I managed to make an 8:30 mistake on one control!! if only I had used my compass...
