Orienteering race 1:37:00 [5] 10.0 km (9:42 / km)

not a very good race... on the parts where I was alone I did the best. (obviously excluding when I was following Ross) Whenever I saw anybody, I was distracted and either ran faster to get away, and got lost, or followed them when they were not going where I wanted... moral: ignore others.

ran a easy run at about 7:10 pace with 7 1 minute tempo pace pickups at around 6:25 pace.

second to some kid who managed to out-kick me by running a 63 last quarter...

ran the 4x8, and was feeling very nauseated beforehand. It turned out to be a very good warm down because I felt better after.
