3x1000m, 4x200m
3:08 on the track for the first one, then had to move to the woods loop because a lax team kicked me off the track. The woods intervals were estimated by time. I ran 3:15 and 3:16.

For the 200's, I was in the woods again, and just ran hard for 35 seconds, 1 min of recovery, then another 35 hard.
