Orienteering race 1:31:00  7.8 km (11:40 / km)
ran great for the first 4 controls, then i somehow missed #5, and lost 25mins doing it, then ran well for the reat of the race.
Orienteering race (sprint) 22:33  2.9 km (7:47 / km)
ran on my toes for the entire race because running heel-toe hurt too much.
made mistakes on #6 & 8 -- both errors came from losing contact with the map while i was running
