Long Course - A true Forest Sprint - They are installing a disc golf course. Map will need a total revamp in the middle. Sending myself a note about this for Mid-May.

A lot of route choices for this course. Made some sub optimal choices.

shoes: Brooks Cascadia 2015

The Short Course. It was shorter but not any easier than the long. Again route choices abounded.

Watched several different taping clips on YouTube each done by a different brand on athletic tape never knew there were so many kinds. I got the general idea of what to do.

plantar fasciitis starting to respond to the inserts and massaging

I remember some kind of taping you can do to help with this. I will check on that and stretch properly before the next meet.

Really hobbled by the plantar fasciitis. Inserts are in. Have to monitor it this week and see how it goes.
