Orienteering race 30:00 [1] 1.0 km (30:00 / km)
shoes: INOV TERROC 330

Ran the meet - I had enough help for control pickup, that I did not pick up any controls. I just packed up all the gear. We had about 30 and lost about 50 to the weather. Several schools could not come since they were out of school on Friday due to the snow. I had thought of canceling the meet, but the roads were okay and the wind chill at its lowest was -2. Our policy is to cancel if the wind chill is below -10.

Walking 35:51 [1] 2.82 km (12:43 / km)
shoes: Duluth Jack Pine

Missed going to Camp Timber hill for New Years day. Just so happened OLOU's winter sprint season kicked off today. Only happens when New Years falls on a Sunday.

Orienteering race 22:42 [4] 2.1 km (10:49 / km)
shoes: Brooks Cascadia 2015

Good start to the winter sprint season with about 30 out. Rain held off during our meet. Louis III set a good course, the little park worked well since we were really the only ones there.
