Orienteering race 1:48:51 [4] 7.15 km (15:13 / km)
shoes: Jalas - Spiked

I actually filled out the analysis section on the splits for the first time ever. I overall ran a good race for me. Only small navigation issues. The big issue I will be working on now is conditioning. Huge amount of extra time due to the legs turning to rubber. Had to walk long sections where I should have been running.

My best split was 7 to 8 per the split analysis. My worst split was 1 to 2.

Thanks Mike and OCIN for putting this on. It was a really cool map and course, loved the 7500 scale, I could see the features much easier than the 10000.

This is another Loop from my doorstep. For training purposes I will call this Loop 2.

I use the term road running loosely. This was a jog, which I was able to do over the entire distance. This is the beginning of my attempt to buildup endurance since it is now the biggest drag on my times.
