It is too damn easy to forget to log my training.

My current goal is to bench press 225, and deadlift 400/405.

Presently my DL max is 334 and bench is 209. Poundage numbers are strange because I'm primarily using kilo plates.

On the video, Deadlifting 334 looked like it was easy for me. In reality, it felt like my head was going to pop off.

The bench press has stalled at 210.

I've also re-gained nearly 20 pounds.

Why am I typing this? Because my diet has been for shit, I drink entirely too much booze and my home life has essentially robbed me of the ability to go to the gym at night.

All of these things are controllable, yet I've allowed myself to become a lazy fuck. Again.

Today is day one. Again. Discipline is once again the word of the day.
