After just punched 1st control I slipped on hard ice and fell hard on left side of my ribs. It was so painful but I decided to continue to finish the course. Yup, did completed my race but my time was very slow.
Before went home I decided to stop at Patient First (urgent care) to check my ribs and pain. They found that 10th left rib is fractured. They also checked kidneys and internal organs through the blood works. No wondering it is so painful. Now, I am sitting on my Lazyboy chair and took some painkiller (Naproxen). Will be out for about 3 weeks but maybe I walk on Yellow course. Damn!
